By: staff | 2010-02-15 | CATEGORY: Publishing | COMMENTS: more | TAGS: Publishing, ricohHey, if you are a Ricoh GR (analog or digital) photographer, shoot black & white, city street snap and want to be published in a book, drop a mail at publishing [at] 51269.net. It doesn’t matter where you’re from as long as you’re shooting GR b/w street snap. The book project is in the works (for release end of 2010) with a number of photographers (15~20). It’s a Japanese B5 size hardcover, pantone black offset print, 250/300 pages, worldwide distribution (online and retail). It’s going to be an exciting project with lots of good artists and a great way to promote your work.
Send a mail with some of your work (include some photos or send a link to your website, flickr etc.). Don’t forget to put your name and which Ricoh camera(s) you use. You can fill this form in order to receive the Progress Report: http://eepurl.com/sHpx

Conversion is ok.
My advice is to shoot in RAW with maximum size and quality. Then you can convert to b/w.

Working with distribution at the moment. We’ll let the photographers start their work after it’s confirmed.
Hi I just found your group. Is it too late for submissions? I am shooting with GRD2 and GRD3 at 21mm and 40mm.
Thank You.
It’s not too late. Just subscribe to the mailing list.
Lots going on with distribution, printers etc, that’s why there’s a big delay.
